This is my version of Pineapple upside down cake its lovely with a nice cup of tea in the evening. To make this put some brown sugar in the bottom of a round baking tin, place cherries and pineapples rings in the baking tin ontop of sugar. Make a simple sponge mixture and pour into tin place into oven and cook until sponge is set, leave until cooled then remove from tin, make yourself a cup of tea and enjoy!!!!
